How Frisco TX has Changed. It has had phenomenal growth in the last few years. It seems like only yesterday SH 121 was a narrow 2 lane road, and so was Preston Rd. for that matter.
Why, just a few years ago, Frisco had about 3000 residents from one end to the other, and we all seemed to know each other. The biggest thing around was the Coon on the water tower.
