CONDITIONS & TERMS
SolarScreenWorks.com provides a money-back "Cooler than Ever - Guarantee" to its residential customers subject to the following Conditions & Terms:
1. The "Cooler than Ever - Guarantee" is available only to residential customers who have had exterior solar screens window treatments installed by SolarScreenWorks.com on all windows in customer's premises (a "qualified customer").
2. Upon request by a qualified customer and payment of a testing fee of one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00), SolarScreenWorks.com will take infrared BTU or other measurements on window surfaces with solar screens window treatments in place and with solar screens window treatments removed. Measurements will be taken during the hottest part of the day in substantially cloud-free weather conditions. In the event that such measurements do not differ substantially from one another, SolarScreenWorks.com will refund the testing fee, all amounts paid by customer to Solarscreens.com under the Installation Agreement between SolarScreenWorks.com and customer and a two hundred dollar ($200) "Cooler than Ever - Guarantee" refund.
3. Prior to payment of any moneys under this Cooling Guarantee, SolarScreenWorks.com, at its election, may remove & retain any or all solar screen window treatments from customer's premises. Customer will allow SolarScreenWorks.com reasonable access to customer's premises for this purpose.
4. This Cooling Guarantee shall be constructed in accordance with the Installation Agreement between SolarScreenWorks.com and Customer, the terms and conditions of which are incorporated herein by reference. |
